Smiling Baby

August 2008

Wow! This month has just flown by for us. We had the Dunning family reunion in Whidbey Island, Dylan and I were both in Erin's beautiful wedding, a trip to the cabin, and to top it off tonight Dylan rode his bike (without training wheels) for the first time tonight! Today him and I went and got school supplies for 1st grade. Can you believe that he will be a first-grader starting Wednesday? I'm sure it won't seem like very long and I will be saying the same things about Lily. She is growing like a weed and is such a sweet girl. She is just starting to smile at us, it is so sweet!

Miss Lily

She was pretty mad at me when I took the top picture, poor little thing! The bottom picture is of her and our puppy Mack, he thinks he's a baby too :)

Petting Zoo

Dylan and I had a big day today at the petting zoo. It was pretty funny watching him try to feed all the animals without actually touching them.

Catch up

Hi there! It's been a while since I have posted anything so I will try and catch everyone up on what we have been up to. We made the big move to Wenatchee the beginning of July. Since then we have been pretty busy with visitors, it has been nice to have the company.

Dylan went on a big trip with his great-grandparents and was gone for two weeks! It was pretty hard on mom and we are glad to have him back. Although, we did not miss getting beaten up everyday :) The photo of him above was taken during the move and he had dressed up as a marine (or his idea of a marine).

Lily keeps getting bigger and bigger. We can't believe how fast she is growing! She is a little chunky butt!

Aycen and Lily

Too Cute!!! This is a good friend of mine's (Jaclyn's) little guy! They were due and born ONE day apart! They were in the hospital suite next to ours :)

Lily had her first doctor's appointment today and she is doing great! She is up to 6lbs 13ozs (up from 6lbs 4ozs when we left the hospital) and she is now 20 inches long.

Dylan has been a great big brother and a BIG helper to his mom. He is really enjoying his summer (I think that he has been swimming for 5 days in a row).
